Commercial Insurance Account Manager - Hybrid
About The Position
Seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage a generalist book of commercial lines accounts and provide exceptional client service. The role includes daily account servicing, account rounding, responding to client inquiries, and collaborating with team members to support effective account management and client satisfaction. The position uses Applied EPIC software and offers a supportive, team-oriented environment. The role starts fully onsite. Hybrid work may be available after onboarding, depending on experience. Fully remote work may be considered after a brief onboarding period for candidates with strong Applied EPIC and Erie experience.
Requirements
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Proactive approach to client servicing and problem-solving.
- Open to working onsite initially, with potential for hybrid or remote arrangements based on experience and performance.
Nice To Haves
- Less than 5 years of commercial lines experience is preferred.
- Experience with Erie and Applied EPIC software is a significant advantage.
