About The Position
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team at an office. This role involves managing a $350k revenue book of business, primarily consisting of small and middle-market accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, with at least 10 years of commercial lines experience. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a team of dedicated professionals.
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Minimum of 10 years of commercial lines experience
- Proficiency in AMS360, ImageRight, and Excel
- Relevant certifications or training in insurance account management preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Manage a $350k revenue book of business, focusing on small and middle-market accounts
- Handle A-Z account management responsibilities, including quoting new and renewal business
- Collaborate with a team of three other account managers and one assistant
- Utilize software tools such as AMS360, ImageRight, and Excel to manage accounts effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist with onboarding and training as needed
