About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines CSR / Account Manager to join a dynamic and growing independent insurance agency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional service to an established book of Commercial Lines clients while collaborating closely with Producers and carrier partners.

Requirements

Prior experience in Commercial Lines insurance is preferred.
Entry-level candidates with a strong interest in developing a long-term career in insurance may also be considered.
Property & Casualty license is preferred or a willingness to obtain one.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
Experienced Commercial Lines Account Managers and CSRs are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Managing the day-to-day servicing of Commercial Lines accounts.
Handling endorsements, policy changes, certificates of insurance, and other client requests.
Assisting with the renewal process by gathering necessary client and exposure information.
Communicating with carriers regarding policies, coverage questions, underwriting requests, and account servicing.
Reviewing policies and documentation for accuracy.
Responding to client inquiries and delivering timely, professional customer service.
Maintaining accurate client and policy information within the agency management system.
Collaborating with Producers and team members to ensure accounts are properly serviced.
Identifying coverage gaps, account-rounding opportunities, and additional client needs.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and carrier partners.
