About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Lines CSR / Account Manager to join a well-established and growing independent insurance agency. This role involves servicing an existing book of Personal Lines clients while fostering strong, long-term client relationships.

Requirements

Prior experience in Personal Lines insurance is preferred
Entry-level candidates with a strong interest in building a career in insurance are encouraged to apply
Property & Casualty license is preferred, or willingness to obtain one
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
Experienced Personal Lines Account Managers and CSRs are strongly encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day servicing of an assigned book of Personal Lines clients
Handle policy changes, endorsements, billing inquiries, and other client service requests
Oversee policy renewals and proactively communicate with clients regarding coverage updates
Review existing accounts to identify coverage gaps and opportunities for account rounding
Assist clients with Home, Auto, Umbrella, and other Personal Lines insurance products
Liaise with insurance carriers regarding underwriting, policy changes, and coverage questions
Prepare quotes and assist with remarketing accounts when necessary
Maintain accurate client and policy information in the agency management system
Provide responsive and professional customer service to clients
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients
Collaborate closely with Producers and other team members to ensure client satisfaction
