Forth Insurance is seeking a Commercial Lines CSR Assistant to provide support and assistance to CSRs in maintaining their book of business, achieving growth, and improving customer satisfaction. Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or higher
Ability to learn personal insurance terminology and coverage forms.

Nice To Haves

Property and casualty insurance license preferred.

Responsibilities

Daily production and delivery of proof of insurance, ID Cards, and policy declaration pages to insured, CPA, mortgagee, etc.
Policy processing: compare policy received from insurance company to prior policy at renewal and update EPIC as needed.
Initiate change requests made to companies via EPIC & company website if available.
Process endorsements, reinstatements, and renewal quotes in a timely manner.
Produce and process policy cancellations timely.
Review and process suspense activities daily.
Assist with customer phone calls for non-coverage issues or questions.
Complete and process company payments online and in EPIC for direct bill/sweep transactions.
Assist CSRs and process mail as requested.
Punctuality and attendance is required to perform such duties.
