About The Position

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join a dynamic and growth-oriented team. Requirements

Minimum of 5+ years in commercial insurance, with a focus on Construction, Real Estate, and/or Oil & Gas industries preferred.
Proficiency in AMS360 software and experience with clean submissions.
Exposure to agency accounting and a strong focus on process improvement.
Leadership ability and a willingness to train and mentor others.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Patience and a collaborative mindset.
Operational and systems-oriented thinking.

Nice To Haves

Property & Casualty (P&C) License preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead new business marketing efforts, with a focus on larger commercial accounts ($75k+ revenue).
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with carriers.
Review and improve operational efficiencies to support organizational growth.
Oversee agency accounting and track new business activity.
Assist in hiring, interviewing, and training future Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and Account Managers.
Provide leadership and foster team development.
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement systems and processes to scale the organization.
