This is a client-facing position where you will be out in the field, actively engaging with businesses in your community and identifying opportunities to meet their financial needs. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with experienced Commercial Lending leaders, collaborating on larger and more complex loan transactions as needed. You will be responsible for expanding and maintaining a high-quality loan portfolio by building strong client relationships, managing delinquency, and achieving sales goals through an annual market development plan. You will also conduct detailed financial analyses to assess loan feasibility, collaborate with the Credit Department, and advise clients on financial strategies. Approving loans within authority limits and preparing comprehensive referrals for committee approvals, ensuring potential risks are identified. Performing regular portfolio reviews, updating client financials, and monitoring delinquency to maintain quality metrics. Collaborating with internal teams to promote cross-selling opportunities and contribute to the overall growth of the commercial lending team.
