About The Position
NELBUD is hiring motivated individuals for our overnight Kitchen Exhaust/Hood Cleaning team. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position with opportunities for paid training, advancement, and long-term career growth. No experience required. We will train the right candidate.
Requirements
- Reliable and hardworking individuals
- Comfortable with physical labor and overnight work
- Ability to work in tight spaces and at heights
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 20 years old
- Minimum of 3 years of driving experience
Nice To Haves
- Previous labor, cleaning, roofing, construction, or mechanical experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ductwork, fans, and surrounding areas
- Work on rooftops and inside exhaust systems using pressure washers and specialized equipment
- Install access panels, hinge kits, and grease containment systems
- Represent NELBUD professionally on job sites
