About The Position

Looking to start a rewarding career in insurance sales? We’re hiring a Commercial Lines Insurance Sales Agent in Training for individuals who are motivated, coachable, and excited to learn consultative sales. No prior insurance experience is required, just curiosity, drive, and a desire to build meaningful client relationships while developing a long-term profession.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Connect with business owners and decision makers
• Learn how to prospect and develop commercial insurance opportunities
• Gain experience assessing business risks and exposures
• Support senior producers in designing customized insurance solutions
• Assist with presentations, proposals, and carrier communication
• Develop sales skills and product knowledge through hands-on training and mentorship
