About The Position
Integrated Insurance Solutions is looking for a motivated, Commercial Insurance Agent to join our growing team. No prior insurance experience is required — we provide full training, licensing support, and mentorship to set you up for long-term success in commercial lines.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to build a career in sales
- Comfortable in a goal- and commission-driven environment
- Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license (we'll help you get there)
- Reliable, coachable, and eager to learn
Nice To Haves
- Prior sales, customer service, or business experience a plus (not required)
Responsibilities
- Learn and sell commercial insurance products (general liability, property, workers' comp, commercial auto, BOP, and more)
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing business clients
- Prospect for new commercial accounts through networking, referrals, and outreach
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and policy applications
- Work closely with carriers and underwriters to secure competitive terms
- Maintain accurate records in the agency management system
