Requirements

Proven experience in commercial insurance sales, with a focus on trucking and transportation accounts preferred
Experience level aligned with producer tier, ranging from early-career to highly experienced professionals
Demonstrated ability to develop and grow a book of business
Strong sales acumen and results-driven mindset
Familiarity with agency management software and CRM platforms preferred
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of trucking and transportation carriers is highly desirable
Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license

Responsibilities
