About The Position
Seeking a dynamic and motivated Personal/Commercial Lines Salesperson/Producer to join an established and growing insurance agency. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a passion for building relationships and delivering tailored insurance solutions to clients. The position offers the opportunity to work with middle-market accounts and contribute to the growth of the agency.
Requirements
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Minimum of 2 years in insurance sales.
- Proficiency in HawkSoft and PL rater for commercial lines quoting.
- Outgoing and relationship-focused.
- Clear and effective communicator.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Self-disciplined and goal-oriented.
- Creative problem solver.
Nice To Haves
- Life & Health (L&H) license preferred but not mandatory.
- 3+ years of experience in insurance sales.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients within the personal and commercial insurance sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, executives, and decision-makers to generate leads and referrals.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends by attending events, conferences, and seminars.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and contribute to the agency's growth.
