About The Position

Pro-Serv Facility Solutions is seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex HVAC systems in commercial facilities such as restaurants, grocery stores, schools, and other commercial properties. The ideal candidate can independently identify and resolve issues, communicate effectively with customers, and ensure repairs are completed correctly the first time. This is a full-time position focused on service and repair, not installation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Commercial HVAC Service Experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience with RTUs (Rooftop Units)
• Experience with Split Systems
• Experience with Heat Pumps
• Experience with Package Units
• Experience with Exhaust & Make-Up Air Systems
• Experience with Restaurant HVAC Systems
• EPA Certification Required
• Valid Driver's License
• Clean Driving Record
• Ability to work independently
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Walk-In Coolers & Freezers

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections
• Communicate repair recommendations to customers
• Complete digital service reports with photos
• Maintain truck inventory and tools
• Respond to emergency service calls when scheduled
• Represent Pro-Serv professionally at all times
