Apply today and join a company that’s shaping the future of HVAC and facility solutions in Dayton! We are looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Retrofit Technician to lead and perform installation and replacement of commercial HVAC equipment on retrofit projects. This role requires strong hands-on experience and the ability to execute jobs while ensuring quality work and job site safety.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC installation or retrofit experience
• Experience with commercial mechanical equipment replacement
• Skills in electrical, piping, brazing, sheet metal, and rigging
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings

Nice To Haves

• EPA certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and replacement of commercial HVAC systems
• Install equipment including boilers, RTUs, chillers, AHUs, condensers, cooling towers, VAVs, and WSHPs
• Perform sheet metal ductwork modifications and installation
• Install refrigerant piping, gas piping, and hydronic piping
• Perform brazing, soldering, and pipe fitting
• Complete high and low voltage electrical connections
• Assist with rigging and setting equipment
• Install duct and pipe insulation
• Read blueprints and coordinate work with customers and subcontractors
