We're seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Retrofit Install Technician to install, replace, and retrofit HVAC equipment and mechanical systems in office buildings, retail facilities, industrial properties, and other commercial environments.

Requirements

• Four or more years of commercial HVAC installation experience preferred
• Experience performing code compliant, commercial retrofit project, from blueprint to complete
• Experience installing RTUs, chillers, boilers, VAV systems, WSHPs, split systems, and related equipment
• EPA certification required
• OSHA 10 certification preferred (required within 90 days of hire)
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Install and replace commercial HVAC equipment and mechanical systems.
• Complete retrofit projects in existing commercial facilities.
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications.
• Install RTUs, boilers, chillers, WSHPs, VAV systems, split systems, and exhaust systems.
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications, safety standards, and local codes.
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades on job sites.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and resolve issues efficiently.
