Requirements

4–5 years of commercial HVAC/R service experience (with relevant trade school training preferred)
Strong troubleshooting skills and a hands-on approach to service work
Dependable, positive, and professional attitude
Willingness to work on call and overtime when needed
EPA Universal required
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a federally compliant drug test and background check

Nice To Haves

OSHA 10 or NATE preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

Service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems for convenience store clients
Work on equipment such as RTUs, split systems, walk-in coolers/freezers, reach-ins, ice machines, and related controls
Perform scheduled maintenance, emergency service calls, and system diagnostics
Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and internal team members
Complete accurate service tickets and documentation daily
Follow safety procedures, company standards, and customer site requirements
Maintain company vehicle, tools, and a professional jobsite presence
Participate in on-call rotation and overtime as needed
