About The Position

Araya HVAC Services is hiring a Commercial HVAC Technician to join their team across Massachusetts. This is a full-time position with a Monday through Friday schedule, 8 AM to 5 PM, and includes a required on-call rotation. Requirements

• Hands-on mechanical skills and sharp problem-solving instincts
• Solid working knowledge of HVAC systems and diagnostic tools
• A customer-first mindset and a reliable track record
• Clean driving record and valid license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Openness to earning your EPA and OSHA-10 certs (we'll help cover it)

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC/R systems — RTUs, split systems, light refrigeration
• Run service calls, build quotes, and handle installs for your assigned accounts
• Take your turn in the on-call rotation
• Keep accurate service logs in our internal system
• Follow safety protocols on every job, every time
