Requirements

• At least 5 years of commercial HVAC project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing plan and specification mechanical construction projects.
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC installation and construction processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial HVAC plan and specification projects from award through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal field teams.
• Process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Track project costs and financial performance.
• Conduct project meetings and maintain clear communication with owners and general contractors.
• Ensure quality, safety, and schedule expectations are consistently achieved.
• Close out projects while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
