Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience (commercial preferred)
• Proven experience in estimating commercial HVAC equipment projects
• Sales experience in any field (HVAC sales preferred, not required)
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license

• Established relationships within commercial construction or property management
• Experience developing and selling planned maintenance agreements
• Strong project management and leadership abilities

Responsibilities

• Reviewing plans, specifications, and bid documents
• Preparing accurate, competitive estimates
• Managing commercial HVAC projects from bid award through completion
• Coordinating with operations, service, and installation teams
• Tracking budgets and timelines
• Engaging with general contractors, property managers, and clients
• Identifying opportunities to grow planned maintenance contracts and drive revenue
• Serving as a key leader who keeps projects, people, and performance moving forward
