Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of commercial HVAC field experience required
  • Experience overseeing projects and leading foremen/teams
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
  • MS Office proficiency, including Excel
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and diagrams
  • Knowledge of state, local, and mechanical codes
  • Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Procore experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee commercial HVAC projects from start to finish
  • Supervise foremen and installation teams on-site
  • Coordinate crews to ensure safety, timeliness, and budget compliance
  • Read and troubleshoot from diagrams and blueprints
  • Maintain vendor, contractor, and client relationships
  • Analyze bid data for cost assessments
  • Work with hydronic boilers, water heaters, and system matches
  • Ensure project deadlines and schedules are met
  • Oversee on-site quality control
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
  • Maintain strong client and vendor relationships throughout each project
