About The Position

Seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Installer with 15 or more years of hands-on experience installing, replacing, and commissioning HVAC systems for businesses. Requirements

• 15 or more years of hands-on experience installing, replacing, and commissioning HVAC systems for businesses
• Experienced in working on: Commercial rooftop units (RTUs), Air Handling Units (AHUs), Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF and VRV) systems, Boilers (hot water and steam), Chillers (air-cooled and water-cooled), Cooling towers, Hydronic piping systems, Sheet metal ductwork installation, Refrigerant piping and controls coordination
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and mechanical drawings
• Leadership experience
• Strong troubleshooting and startup experience
• OSHA10
• Valid driver's license
• Experience working in occupied commercial buildings such as healthcare, industrial, and institutional facilities

Responsibilities

• Install commercial HVAC equipment and associated piping/ductwork
• Perform equipment changeouts and retrofit projects
• Collaborate with crane picks and rigging operations
• Complete startup and commissioning activities
• Ensure all work meets code requirements and company quality standards
• Leadership over journeymen and apprentices
• Supervise crews and coordinating with Project Managers, Subcontractors, and customers
