About The Position
About This Role As an HVAC Branch Manager at Kelso Industries , you will be working in our service division, as an employee of Kelso Building Services. You’ll play a key role in building out our service operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 10+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience in the commercial and/or industrial sectors
- Experience managing projects and leading small teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- A desire to grow into a leadership role and make a long-term impact
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of HVAC service technicians
- Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring your team.
- Oversee daily service operations and scheduling
- Assist with P&L, and other financial responsibilities.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Assist with project planning, resource allocation, and job costing
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians
- Collaborate with sales and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Monitor KPIs and help implement process improvements
