About The Position

Hawks is looking for a relationship-driven Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of service clients. You’ll be the main point of contact—building strong partnerships, managing service agreements, and turning client needs into long-term solutions and revenue growth.

  • Ability to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to travel locally

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a book of service accounts
  • Build strong client relationships and handle day-to-day needs
  • Lead check-ins after maintenance to review performance + next steps
  • Drive service agreement renewals and expansions
  • Identify opportunities for upgrades, projects, and energy solutions
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience
