About The Position

We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Account Manager with a background in the HVAC and/or plumbing industry. This role focuses on managing existing commercial accounts, developing new business opportunities, and serving as the primary point of contact for our clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial HVAC or air conditioning sales/account management
  • Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and services
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
  • Valid driver’s license (if applicable)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial HVAC accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and facility managers
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the commercial sector
  • Prepare proposals, estimates, and service agreements
  • Coordinate with internal teams (service, installation, and operations) to ensure client satisfaction
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of services
  • Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets
