Duties include project management on all aspects of commercial projects. Supervision of field personnel, scheduling, purchasing, GC interactions and processing of all project paperwork to include billing, change orders, subcontracts, and more. Developing and reviewing project schedules. Negotiating subcontractor and vendor contracts. Procuring, reviewing, and submitting trade shop drawings and equipment submittals for the project engineer’s approval. Releasing and tracking equipment orders. Attending project site meetings and walk-throughs. Scheduling site deliveries and building system shut-downs. Strong and in-depth knowledge and understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems Advanced understanding of layout, design, fabrication, and installation of HVAC/R systems Ability to manage a project from development and stakeholder engagement through implementation and evaluation Ability to read, interpret, utilize and train on manuals, schematics and control circuits related to HVAC and refrigeration systems Ability to motivate, manage, and train a team of employees at various skill levels
