Requirements

  • Experience in owning a full P&L, including revenue, COGS, gross margin, operating expenses, and contribution margin analysis.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience identifying revenue growth levers and margin optimization opportunities.
  • Have worked closely with Product teams to evaluate roadmap investments, build business cases, and assess ROI, payback, and strategic trade-offs.
  • Ability to partner with leadership on pricing strategy, revenue performance management, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Durable/Resilient. Comfortable with building from the ground up.
  • Impact-driven. Both industry and personal success/wealth.
  • Roll up your sleeves attitude. Intellectually curious and loves problem solving.
  • Ability to "raise the bar" in financial planning and analysis.
  • Fluency in process creation, automation, and data, including proficiency in SQL.
  • Not afraid of conflict. Willing to say “no” to bad investments and hold others accountable to the plans and financial budgets.
  • At least 7+ years of experience in Investment Banking, management consulting, or FP&A roles.
  • Has experience in owning the full P&L and top-line modeling. Comfortable with data and working through ambiguity .
  • SQL experience. Knows how to retrieve data and information from snowflake.

Nice To Haves

  • Tableau experience is a plus.
  • Consistent track record of success as proven by business results and in-company promotions.

  • Own Headcount Planning, Cost Modeling & Executive-Level Reporting.
