About The Position

The Commercial Flooring Sales Executive will plan, develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to accomplish sales forecasts and drive revenue and profit growth for the flooring division. This is a creative sales position that allows you to manage opportunities for the sale of commercial flooring and/or services in a defined territory or assigned vertical market.

Requirements

3-5 years B2B sales/business experience, preferably within a related industry
25-50% local travel
Proven organizational and follow-through skills required.
Proven sales and target marketing skills required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
Prospecting, probing, influencing, closing.
Comfortable with technology, at ease with C-level executives, consultative selling, creating and delivering presentations, familiar with contracts and proposals.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of contract furniture industry and related products, applications, and design concepts preferred.

Establish target accounts and develop plan to secure business.
