About The Position

The Manager, Commercial Finance serves as a strategic finance partner to the Toptracer commercial organization, translating data into insight, insight into decisions, and decisions into profitable growth. This highly visible role sits at the intersection of Sales, Operations, Systems, and Finance, with direct accountability for forecasting accuracy, deal economics, pricing discipline, and post-deal learning. You’ll influence cross-functional leaders, move seamlessly between strategy and execution, and play a critical role in driving commercial performance and financial outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive finance experience, including commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering roles
  • 7+ years of experience working in a global, multi-currency, multi-market environment
  • 5+ years of experience utilizing financial planning tools such as Anaplan
  • 5+ years of expert-level Excel and financial modeling experience, including large data sets
  • 3+ years of experience supporting a technology-enabled, SaaS, multi-site, or global B2B/B2B2C business strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Deal Economics & Margin Management Lead financial evaluation of new Toptracer Range contracts. Ensure pricing, margin, and return profiles align with strategic objectives while enabling competitive deal execution.
  • Sales Business Partnering & Decision Support Partner with Sales leadership to deliver reporting, insights, and financial guidance that improve deal quality, speed, and pipeline prioritization.
  • Pricing Tools & Post-Deal Insight Own and maintain the pricing calculator to reflect current economics and strategic guardrails. Lead post-deal performance reviews and embed learnings into pricing models, approvals, and sales guidance.
  • Commercial Forecasting & Financial Ownership Own the end-to-end commercial forecast, including revenue, margins, operating expenses, and capex. Provide leadership with forward-looking visibility into performance, growth drivers, and investment trade-offs. Partner with the Finance Director, Toptracer GM, and Accounting to ensure forecasts are accurate, aligned, and decision-ready.
  • Working Capital & Risk Stewardship Serve as the finance liaison between Sales, Account Management, and Accounts Receivable. Manage credit risk, resolve bad debt issues, and protect cash flow while supporting strong commercial relationships.
  • Systems, Data & Commercial Infrastructure Lead finance support for Salesforce enablement and SAP integration for Toptracer. Ensure data integrity, scalable processes, and strong system adoption. Design dashboards, automate recurring reporting, and continuously improve data flows to enable faster, more informed decision-making.
