About The Position

Arrow Exterminators is looking to hire a highly motivated individual to fill a full-time Outside Sales Commercial Evaluator position for commercial accounts. This position requires knowledge of successful sales activities including but not limited to, cold calling, relationship building, needs analysis, proposing solutions and proper closing techniques. Position also requires pipeline management and follows up. Expected to work independently and requiring limited supervision while also being part of a team. Must be able to obtain long and short-term sales goals. This role establishes mutually beneficial relationships for Commercial Pest Control in industries such as Food Service, Hospitality, Healthcare, Food Processing, Manufacturing and Retail. The company is family-owned and operated since 1964, servicing 12 states with multiple offices in each state for a personalized approach. Arrow Exterminators is the sixth-largest pest and termite control company in the United States, instilling family values in its company culture.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of successful sales techniques.
  • Pipeline management.

  • Ability to Graph sites, fill out Service Agreements, and any applicable paperwork.
  • Math skills.
  • Good communication.
  • Ability to utilize ladders and access tight spaces. Crawling, kneeling etc.
  • Drug Free.
  • Able to Pass Background check.
  • Ability to obtain state required licensing.
  • Minimum of a High School Degree.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Able to work min. of 40hrs per week.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Possess current Driver's License.
  • Sales ability.
  • Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

  • Establish mutually beneficial relationships for Commercial Pest Control.
  • Utilize cold calls to establish business in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interact and communicate well with co-workers, customers, and key decision makers.
  • Call on businesses of all types to offer company provided pest solutions.
  • Inspect prospective customer facilities for all types of pests utilizing company approved equipment.
  • Learn and communicate 3rd party audit standards with applicable accounts.
  • Identify all types of pests and rodents.
  • Listen to needs and offer solutions to perspective customers.
  • Learn and utilize company IPM Program to eliminate pests.
  • Explain procedures of service to customers and answer questions.
  • Obtain state specific licenses with the Dept. of Agriculture indicated by state regulations.
  • Attend training meetings on a regular basis.
  • Use and maintain proper company approved safety equipment.
  • Maintain professional appearance.
  • Maintain acceptable driving record and ability to pass random background checks.
  • Perform duties required by management.
  • Manage pipeline and follow up.
  • Obtain long and short-term sales goals.
