The position involves completing commercial bids by analyzing project requirements, maintaining client relationships, managing leads, collaborating with internal teams, and inputting cost data. The company is located in Lansing, Michigan.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to read blueprints and plans required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Work well under pressure and meets deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Organizational and time management skills
Must be able to legally and physically able to drive a motor vehicle
Must be able to occasionally lift 100 pounds
Must be able to occasionally climb stairs
Must be able to frequently sit and stand for long periods of time

Nice To Haves

Construction background preferred
Experience with MS office and related business and communication tools preferred

Responsibilities

Complete Commercial bids by analyzing blueprints, labor, material, and time requirements for a project
Maintain contact and relationships with private individuals and contractors
Manage leads
Collaborate with production and sales on projects
Input cost data into company database
Other misc. duties as assigned
