About The Position

AutoZone’s store teams provide customer service and support customers with automotive parts and solutions. The part-time Commercial Driver delivers automotive parts to commercial customers using company-provided vehicles; no Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is required. The role includes customer service, safe and timely deliveries, handling returns and pickups, processing payments, and maintaining delivery vehicles. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver’s license and comply with AutoZone’s driver safety requirements.
Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
Must be able to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
Previous automotive retail experience.
A valid Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement.

Responsibilities

Engage with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, provide clear and professional automotive advice, and offer installation services.
Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to support collaboration and customer relationships.
Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
Drive company-provided vehicles to deliver automotive parts safely and on time to commercial customers.
Load and unload parts accurately according to route schedules.
Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
Follow PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies.
Process customer payments securely and according to company policies.
Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems.
Maintain delivery vehicles and promptly report issues.
