About The Position

The Commercial Driver IV operates a company truck to deliver goods and services to a varied customer base. The role also performs general warehouse duties, including stocking and retrieving packages and bulk containers, operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment, and maintaining general housekeeping. The driver ensures shipments have the proper documentation, conducts vehicle safety inspections, maintains mileage and fuel logs, and meets regulatory and safety requirements. The role may require overtime during busy seasons.

Requirements

At least 3 years of commercial driving experience.
Valid driver’s license with a Class A CDL and a clean driving record.
Ability to repeatedly bend and lift boxes and bags weighing up to 50 lbs.
Doubles, Haz-Mat, and Tanker endorsements, or willingness to obtain them.
Forklift experience; certification will be provided on the job.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience using digital systems to accurately maintain vehicle logs, shipping documentation, and regulatory records.
Comfort using mobile devices, warehouse technology, and transportation management tools for daily operations and communications.
Willingness to adopt new technologies, including AI-powered productivity tools such as Copilot.
Professional personal appearance when interacting with customers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

Drive and operate a company truck to deliver goods and services to customers.
Operate material-handling equipment, including forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
Operate a manual pallet jack with pallets weighing up to 3,200 lbs.
Stock and retrieve packages and bulk containers and perform general warehouse duties.
Ensure shipments include proper shipping documents and that no product enters or leaves the warehouse without necessary paperwork.
Perform vehicle safety inspections.
Maintain mileage and fuel logs for all vehicles.
Meet regulatory and safety requirements.
Assist with maintaining warehouse cleanliness.
Work overtime hours during busy seasons as needed.
