About The Position

The Commercial Driver IV drives and operates a company truck to deliver goods and services to a varied customer base. The role also performs general warehouse duties, including stocking and retrieving packages and bulk containers, operating material-handling equipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. The position requires accurate shipping and vehicle documentation and compliance with regulatory and safety requirements. The role is based in Ukiah, California.

Requirements

At least 3 years of commercial driving experience.
Valid driver's license with a Class-A CDL and a clean driving record.
Ability to repetitively bend and lift boxes and bags weighing up to 50 pounds.
Doubles, Haz-Mat, and Tanker endorsements, or willingness to obtain them.
Forklift experience; certification will be provided on the job.
Ability to work overtime during busy seasons.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience using digital systems to maintain vehicle logs, shipping documentation, and regulatory records accurately.
Comfort using mobile devices, warehouse technology, and transportation management tools for daily operations and communications.
Willingness to adopt new technologies, including AI-powered productivity tools such as Copilot.
Professional personal appearance when interacting with customers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

Drive and operate a company truck to deliver goods and services to customers.
Perform general warehouse duties, including stocking and retrieving packages and bulk containers.
Operate material-handling equipment, including forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks.
Operate a manual pallet jack with pallets weighing up to 3,200 pounds.
Ensure shipments include the proper shipping documents and that products do not enter or leave the warehouse without necessary paperwork.
Perform vehicle safety inspections.
Maintain mileage and fuel logs for vehicles.
Meet and complete regulatory and safety requirements.
Assist with maintaining warehouse cleanliness.
