Requirements

• Experienced in Customer Service, Sales and/or Publishing
• Associates degree or BA in Business, Marketing and/or related field, or equivalent experience
• Must be team-minded and positive in all interactions with employees at every level of the organization
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must be a self-starter with demonstrated decision-making ability
• Ability to make decisions and work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to work and learn new technology and procedures quickly
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Must be able and willing to work overtime as needed

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years of Commercial Customer Service experience, specifically in Commercial Printing
• Excellent computer skills, especially proficient in Excel spreadsheets and production computer software knowledge a plus

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between commercial customers, sales reps and plant personnel.
• Initiate and receive communications with these groups via telephone, email, face-to-face and written form. Through this communication, resolve problems, answer questions and relay important information to all parties.
• Assist customers and sales representatives in developing alternatives in situations that require special consideration (deadlines, pricing, special requests, etc.)
• Analyze reports and compile information necessary to monitor each account
• Monitor commercial jobs as they go through the plant
• Investigate and analyze special service charges and adjustment requests
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by CSM
• Responsible for working within the plant’s safety program and work rules.
