About The Position

Synergy Preserve LLC specializes in property management and facility maintenance for residential and commercial properties. The company is seeking dynamic technicians to represent it to clients and customers and provide quality field service. This role performs maintenance and repairs, inspects facilities and equipment, responds to work orders, repairs or fabricates equipment, coordinates external contractors, and addresses customer maintenance concerns. Requirements

Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.
Strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency in trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Welding experience.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repairs in areas including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues or potential problems.
Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
Fabricate or repair equipment as needed.
Supervise and coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs or projects.
Address customer inquiries and resolve maintenance-related issues promptly.
Perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
