About The Position

Synergy Preserve LLC specializes in property management and facility maintenance for residential and commercial properties. The company is seeking dynamic technicians to represent it to clients and customers and provide quality field service. The role performs maintenance and repairs across multiple trades, conducts facility and equipment inspections, responds to work orders, and supports contractors on specialized projects. The employee may also be assigned other related duties to meet the organization's ongoing needs.

Requirements

Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.
Strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency in various trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Welding experience.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repairs in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues or potential problems.
Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
Fabricate or repair equipment as needed.
Supervise and coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs or projects.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and promptly resolving maintenance-related issues.
Perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
