About The Position

MatchPoint Solutions is hiring a remote Commercial Contracting Specialist on a contract basis through December 2026. The specialist will manage vendor outreach and contract amendments for roughly 200 software vendors, prioritizing high-value vendors. The role includes preparing amendments from pre-approved Legal templates, handling redlines and negotiations with vendor legal and finance teams, routing documents for signature, maintaining contract records and metadata, and sending executed agreement details daily to the Systems contractor. The stated pay range is USD 60–65 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in procurement operations, commercial contract administration, or paralegal work with a commercial focus.
• Expertise with contract lifecycle tools; Ironclad is preferred.
• Expertise with procurement systems such as Coupa and Oracle.
• Strong communication skills and persistent follow-up on a tight timeline.

• Ironclad experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
