About The Position

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our commercial construction projects. This role blends technical knowledge with strong organizational and administrative skills, and requires someone who can confidently bridge the gap between the field and the office. Our clients present problems, and we solve them with the best possible solutions. At BF, each project is evaluated with attention to detail to ensure that what is needed can be achieved. We discuss and think through a creative design that will enhance the site or project with the optimum results. While keeping value engineering in mind, we operate with precision and efficiency that will meet or exceed the client’s vision and result in a quality project overall.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial construction
  • Solid understanding of construction terminology and workflows
  • Ability to work closely with field personnel and keep projects moving forward
  • Strong organizational, follow-up, and multitasking skills
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both in the field and with management
  • Comfortable taking initiative and holding teams accountable to deadlines
  • Experience with scheduling and project tracking tools

Nice To Haves

  • Bluebeam experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Schedule, organize, and lead project meetings with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Update and maintain project schedules to keep timelines on track
  • Serve as a key point of contact between field crews and office staff, ensuring clear and consistent communication
  • Actively support field teams with administrative and procurement tasks, helping them stay efficient and focused on execution
  • Follow up with field crews to ensure tasks, paperwork, and material needs are completed on time
  • Communicate real-time updates from the field to management clearly and effectively
  • Handle project documentation, reporting, and daily communications
  • Coordinate between subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Support the Project Manager with logistics, tracking, and progress updates
  • Assist in managing drawings, submittals, and project records
