About The Position

ServiceMaster Clean is hiring a Commercial Cleaner to help create cleaner, healthier, and safer work environments for its customers. The role involves performing routine cleaning tasks, using ServiceMaster products and tools, and maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment. On-the-job training is provided for candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. This is a full-time position with first- and second-shift availability in Bexley, Ohio.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, push, kneel, twist, and reach for up to 100% of the work time.
• Ability to work flexibly and at a fast pace in a multitasked job.
• Dependability, punctuality, and a team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, restroom cleaning, and trash removal.
• Use ServiceMaster products and tools to achieve clean results.
• Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Contribute to the overall team effort by wearing a uniform and being dependable and on time.
• Treat coworkers and customers with courtesy and respect.
