About The Position
Kemper has an immediate opening for a Commercial Casualty Adjuster - Unrepresented. In this position, you will be responsible for building rapport with customers. Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of two years of claims handling experience.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite products and web-based applications.
- Must obtain and maintain state licensing, where applicable.
- Initiative, sound judgement, and discretion.
- Comprehensive understanding of insurance policies and knowledge of relevant state laws and regulations governing auto insurance claims.
- Time management skills ensuring deadlines are met for claim resolution.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate claim information.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with various stakeholders.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills are crucial for resolving disputes and reaching agreements.
