About The Position
Hidden Talent is hiring for Quantum Enterprises, one of the most respected commercial carpentry teams in the Louisville area. If you’re an experienced Carpenter who takes pride in precision work and wants consistent, year-round hours with a tight-knit crew, this is a rare opportunity. Quantum specializes in doors, frames, hardware, and Division 8 & 10 installations.They are hiring two skilled Carpenters to support their growing pipeline. Requirements
- 3+ years of carpentry experience (commercial experience is a must)
- Experience with doors, frames, hardware, or finish carpentry
- Ability to lift up to 125 lbs (doors, materials)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Nice To Haves
- OSHA 10+ preferred (OSHA 30 is a plus!)
Responsibilities
- Hanging commercial doors and installing frames/jambs
- Installing hardware (closers, panic bars, locks, etc.)
- Division 10 installs (toilet partitions, accessories, dispensers)
- Reading plans and ensuring openings are square and level
- Working alongside a Lead Carpenter on commercial job sites
