About The Position
We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Body Shop Painter to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a skilled professional with experience painting commercial vehicles, heavy equipment, buses, trucks, or fleet equipment in a fast-paced shop environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an automotive or commercial body shop painter
- Experience with trucks, fleet vehicles, buses, or heavy equipment preferred
- Knowledge of paint mixing, color matching, and spray techniques
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting including sanding, masking, priming, and body prep
- Mix and apply paints, primers, and coatings to commercial vehicles and equipment
- Operate spray guns and painting equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform touch-ups and finishing work to ensure high-quality results
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
