About The Position

Beverage Town, a division of Unlimited Service Group, is seeking a Service Technician to repair and maintain commercial beverage equipment, primarily coffee, juice, tea, and espresso machines. This is a field service position based in the South Bend area. The technician works independently, troubleshoots equipment, and completes repairs with minimal supervision. Mechanical experience is required, but beverage equipment experience is not; experience in appliance repair, automotive, electrical, plumbing, HVAC/R, or another mechanical field may be relevant.

Requirements

• Mechanical or technical service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in appliance repair, automotive, electrical, plumbing, HVAC/R, or another mechanical field.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial beverage equipment.
• Independently manage assigned service calls.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Communicate with customers and dispatch.
• Document completed work using a company-provided tablet.
