During our 11-week rotational internship, you’ll work alongside Credit and Commercial Banking professionals to gain a well-rounded, hands-on understanding of the key areas that support success in the Commercial Banking line of business. Through structured rotations, exposure to client-focused work, and opportunities to learn from experienced team members, you’ll build foundational knowledge and practical skills that can prepare you for entry-level opportunities at JFG. This immersive experience is built to help you explore your interests, strengthen your skills, and better understand where your talents may align within Commercial Banking and the financial services industry. You’ll gain experience in the areas of: CREDIT: Learn the 5 C’s of Credit and gain exposure to the credit analysis process alongside the Credit team. SALES: Attend client meetings with Commercial Banking Relationship Managers and observe how strong client relationships are built and supported. TREASURY MANAGEMENT: Partner with the Treasury Management team to gain insight into consultative sales and the products and solutions that help clients manage their business needs. Our program also allows interns to experience the history of JFG and its surrounding communities. Beyond your day-to-day Commercial Banking experience, you’ll have opportunities to connect, give back, and be part of memorable moments throughout the summer, including: Connecting with our Executive Team during orientation and continuing to build relationships with leaders throughout the summer. Giving back alongside fellow interns and associates through a community volunteer event at the Hunger Task Force. Taking part in the Light the Hoan Internship Challenge, a collaborative project that brings interns together and highlights the true power of teamwork. Requirements

• Actively seeking a degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Junior standing

Nice To Haves

• Involvement in a Commercial Banking club or program preferred
• Involvement in a Finance Association highly desired

Responsibilities
