This role provides direct support to Relationship Managers in the operations and documentation of commercial loans, including loan syndications, purchased credits, and direct lending. The position focuses on delivering exceptional service to support portfolio growth while resolving operational issues using independent judgment. Additionally, the role contributes to training junior loan administration specialists and supports the company’s mission to create value for customers, employees, the community, and shareholders. Performs all duties and interacts with internal and external customers in a manner that is expressly aligned with the Company's Core Values of approaching all actions with a “Voyaging Spirit” and being “Positively Ohana”.
