About The Position

Crews Bank & Trust is looking for a Commercial Banker to join our banking team in the Charlotte County market area. This role is responsible for providing a full range of commercial banking services, including developing new business and client relationships. The Commercial Banker will produce a variety of commercial loans, generate and manage a portfolio of business and corresponding relationships, and seek new accounts through calling efforts, marketing, and referrals. This position also involves coordinating the cross-sale and delivery of bank products and services to clientele while serving as a trusted advisor. Additionally, the role includes underwriting, structuring, and closing commercial loans that meet established lending requirements, maximize profitability to the Bank, and minimize risk. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field.
  • Four or more years’ experience of lending services in a financial institution or loan office setting.
  • Proven sales skills and portfolio management.
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial lending policies and procedures.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent sales, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and skill development.
  • Knowledge of general banking products and services.
  • Ability to learn, comprehend and follow the bank’s policies regarding the lending process.
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
