About The Position

24-MAG LLC is seeking experienced U.S.-based Commercial Attorneys for a remote, independent-contractor consulting engagement supporting an advanced AI training and legal-document evaluation project. Attorneys will review, draft, and redline commercial and technology agreements; apply provided playbooks, company positions, negotiation standards, and fallback terms; explain the reasoning behind revisions; and assess contractual language using the judgment expected of experienced in-house or transactional counsel. The work may include reviewing AI-generated legal analysis or drafting and providing structured feedback on its accuracy and practical usefulness. No prior AI-training or model-evaluation experience is required. Assignments may cover MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, limitation-of-liability provisions, indemnification clauses, confidentiality terms, and data-protection provisions. Project scope, document types, legal issues, and evaluation standards may change according to project requirements. Work must not use confidential, privileged, proprietary, client-identifiable, deal-sensitive, non-public, or otherwise restricted third-party information. The opportunity is available to U.S.-based contributors and pays $90–$110 per hour.
