About The Position

24-MAG LLC is seeking experienced Investment Funds Attorneys for a fully remote, part-time independent contractor consulting engagement supporting an advanced legal AI training and contract-evaluation project. Attorneys will review and assess contract-redlining workflows, perform simulated negotiations, evaluate AI-generated legal responses, and help establish standards for investment-funds contract analysis and legal judgment. Strong hands-on experience with fund formation and sophisticated private-funds transactions is central to the engagement. The work includes reviewing investment-funds documentation, including LPAs, subscription agreements, side letters, ISDAs, and related documents; identifying contractual risks, inconsistencies, and drafting weaknesses; conducting negotiation and redlining exercises; evaluating AI responses and legal reasoning; and developing objective frameworks for grading legal work. Contributors will also collaborate with product, research, and technical teams to refine datasets, guidelines, and review standards. This is a part-time independent contractor engagement. The displayed compensation range is $90–$130 per hour, but compensation is task-based and paid per completed task that meets project specifications. Average handling time is approximately 3.5 hours per task, and effective hourly earnings may vary based on task completion time and successful sign-off. Project scope, workload, document types, and evaluation standards may change according to project requirements. Work must not use confidential or privileged information belonging to any employer, client, law firm, fund, institution, or other third party.
