About The Position

24-MAG LLC is offering a fully remote, part-time independent contractor consulting opportunity for experienced Transactional Attorneys to support an advanced legal AI training and contract-evaluation project. The work focuses on technology transactions, contract negotiation and drafting, derivatives, and commercial legal review. Contractors will review transactional workflows, complete simulated negotiations and redlining exercises, evaluate AI-generated legal responses, and help establish standards for commercial contract analysis and legal judgment. Assignments may include drafting, reviewing, and analysing MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, derivatives documentation, and related commercial agreements; identifying contractual risks and weaknesses; and assessing whether provisions reflect intended commercial arrangements. The role also involves evaluating negotiation positions and proposed revisions, assessing AI-generated legal reasoning and drafting, providing structured feedback, and developing consistent evaluation frameworks and grading criteria. Contractors will collaborate with product, research, and technical teams to refine legal datasets, review guidelines, and evaluation standards, and communicate transactional concepts across multidisciplinary teams. The displayed compensation range is $90–$130 per hour, but compensation is task-based and paid per completed task that meets project specifications. Average handling time is approximately 3.5 hours per task, and effective hourly earnings may vary based on completion time and successful sign-off. Project scope, workload, contract types, and evaluation standards may evolve. Work must not use confidential or privileged information belonging to any employer, client, company, law firm, institution, or other third party.
