About The Position

24-MAG LLC is offering a fully remote, independent-contractor consulting engagement for experienced transactional attorneys supporting an advanced AI training and legal evaluation project. The work focuses on reviewing and revising commercial agreements—including MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and related contracts—using established legal playbooks, policy positions, and negotiation parameters. Participants identify material legal, operational, and commercial issues, assess acceptable risk and fallback positions, and provide clear written reasoning for substantive changes. The work is described as closely mirroring day-to-day in-house commercial contracting practice. No prior AI experience is required. Compensation is $90–$110 per hour. Project scope, workload, and review standards may evolve, and project materials may contain confidential legal content that must be handled appropriately. Work must not use confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, or other third party.

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction.

  • Deep familiarity with limitation of liability, indemnification, confidentiality, and data protection provisions.
  • Ability to synthesize complex legal concepts into clear, actionable written analysis.
  • Strong legal judgment and accuracy in contract interpretation.
  • Strong written communication and legal drafting skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a confidential, remote, deadline-driven environment.
